Maybe it’d be most helpful to start off with what we’re not looking for.

‍We’re not looking for you to be a ninja. Or a rockstar. Or a growth hacker. We’re not looking for culture “fit,” either. We look for culture growth: we want you to make us different and better in your own way.

We’re looking for people. Genuine, three-dimensional people. People who believe in the power of creativity, take their work and their craft seriously, care about others, are dedicated to self-improvement, and go home and do other stuff after work.
